Express Entry

Express Entry Method:

Since January 1, the Canadian government has introduced a new immigration method that allows people interested in immigrating submit their online profile, including their educational, work, language skills, as well as their age and marital status. These are the criteria on which people are rated. Then all these people enter the pool of candidates. The Metaphor Pool is a large container that provides regular, intelligent and targeted immigration applicants, and is naturally a top priority for people with higher scores and more in line with Canadian labor market needs. These criteria are described in detail in the CRS scoring system in the following link

The new program has been introduced to speed up the processing of immigration cases and so far several thousand people have received invitations to apply for permanent residence through this program. In fact, this invitation is sent to people selected from the competition pool. These people are supposed to have a visa within a short time, according to the immigration office. Express Entry is not really an immigration program, it is just a new way to select the highest score people from among the immigration applicants.

Individuals must submit their application through this new approach to pursue one of the following programs

– Federal Skilled Worker Program
– Federal Skilled Trades Program skilled workforce
– Canadian Experience Class

Federal Skilled Worker:

This program is suitable for the foreign specialist workforce who is keen to work and live in Canada. These people will be selected based on criteria such as education, work experience, English and / or French language skills and other factors to submit their permanent residence application.

It should be noted that foreign workers who wish to live in Quebec cannot enrol in the program and should apply through the Quebec Skilled Worker program.

Federal Skilled Worker Requirements:

Minimum requirements for the following factors have been considered for this program:

– Specialized work experience
– Language
– Education
– Age
– Job Offer
– Adaptability

Having a minimum of 67 points out of the 6 scoring factors and having the required financial support is a must, so the applicant can enter the pool of express entry that has its own rating system (CRS) mentioned above.
